Forward Motion

Forward Motion is a non-Governmental organization (NGO) which was formed and registered on 9th June 2015, with registration No. 00NGO/OOOO7995. Presently, FOM operates in Tanga District in two wards of Pongwe and Maweni with branch office in Sumbawanga District, though it has the mandate to operate in the whole of Tanzania Mainland. Forward Motion offices are on Old Nguvumali ward, Smart street – Block B, Plot No. 65. In 2017, FOM conducted a baseline survey in 3 districts of Tanga, Muheza and Korogwe. The report revealed that adolescent girls have minimal understanding of Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and thus there is need to promote SRHR in schools and out of school....
